http://kck.st/wjRn2R
Just want to let you know about a kickstarter project we are doing to teach the world to juggle. We will be going to 9 schools, in 9 communities, over the next 9 months to teach juggling. We will turn it all into a documentary that we can send to schools to help them get their juggling program going. We are looking for schools to be nominated, also festivals and summer camps that would like to join the Joyful Juggling Team and be in our documentary! Joyful Juggling: Teaching the World to Juggle, Documentary and fundraiser

We want to let you all know about our up coming "fun"raiser. We are teaming up with Kickstarter.com to offer you an opportunity to be a part of our documentary. We will be traveling to schools, festivals, camps, and community events to film Joyful Juggling teaching and performing. We will roll it all together into a short documentary (under an hr) film that will help spread the Joyful Juggling message. Our short film will go to places we can't travel to and help set up juggling programs in schools and communities. We are making a short video this next week and then the "fun"ding will begin.

Snowed in and no cabin fever.

Using juggling as a release for winter seasonal affective disorder is a great way to keep away the blues. Juggling in the classroom when the kids can't go out will help students stay focused and burn up excess energy. The brain crossover that juggling creates helps integrate the left and right sides of the brain. The left brain being the logical and the right brain the more creative side. When we juggle it helps balance the sides of the brain, creating balance and focus. As we talked about before juggling will raise serotonin levels and help with reading retention. If you are snowed in for any reason just pass the time juggling. Learn a new trick and if your electricity and internet are working go to Youtube.com and look up how to juggle tricks. JoyfulJuggling.com has a great video from Higgins Brothers called Juggling 101 with lots of great tricks to learn. You get a great feeling from the accomplishment of a new trick.

If you are a teacher and you have managed to get your students juggling, winter is a great time to hone those skills. Keep a chart for students to challenge themselves and each other. Make sure it stays a friendly competition. If you are lucky enough to have rings and clubs take it one step further with high scores for each of these categories. The students will get excited about improving their scores and it will create an atmosphere of joy in the classroom. Partner tricks are a great way to encourage positive cooperation between your students. It is always amazing the students who excel at juggling, they ofter aren't the most popular or coordinated but anyone can do it and when they succeed it is such a great feeling for them and you.

Please contact Joyful Juggling at 406-544-2780 if you want to learn about how to bring juggling to your school or program. We offer great discounts and free instruction.
